Near Luanda on Kilunda Lagoon, our French-inspired gourmet kitchen serves a curated menu that changes with the day, in an open-air setting beside the water. The exact dishes are a deliberate surprise, revealed just thirty minutes before each service. Adults enjoy a four-course menu; children a simpler three-course menu made for younger palates. Everything is cooked fresh and generous, rooted in the gardens around us. Day visitors are warmly welcome, message us in advance with your date and party size to confirm your table by the water.
